The article mentions Hop Leaf in Chicago - great for Belgium beer - but I don’t think they have the most selection.
Quenchers has over 250 bottles - not sure how many taps they have right now.

True, Quenchers has more beers, but I think the fact that if you go there, you may be forced to listen to a band like “Chuck Cox and the Johnson Principle”* automatically removes it from the list of “Best Bars.”
*-This band really did play there. Not even the fact that I was drinking Koestritzer was enough to compel me to stay.
