Glass City Beer Fest

March 7th is the date of the 2nd annual Glass City Beer Fest. Last year I went to this event and it was a great time. I even had my Television premiere when one of the local TV news stations wanted background people for a toast. We missed our cue and they filmed my bad side. We will not be showing that video.

This year, some of the best beer of Ohio and Michigan will be there. Over 60 craft beers will be served along with live music from 56 Daze and food. I couldn’t find a list of breweries yet, but I do know that New Holland will be there. Not only do you get to drink top notch craft beer but the proceeds will go to the Northwest Ohio Hemophilia Foundationand The Arc of Lucas County. Cost: $25 (twelve 3 ounce tastes) until March 4; $30 at the door
