		<description>One of my favorite beer people is Kirby Nelson.  Every time I&#039;m in Madison, WI I visit Kirby.  He always lets me walk free in the brewery sampling whatever I want and he&#039;s even let me help him brew!  I had the privilege of interviewing Kirby and used in in Episode #35:

That edition of Science Friday was AWESOME . . . although I have to agree with your observation on the comment made by David Ryder.  I have a 4-year-old wheat wine in my cellar that is amazing!
