The next beer I plan on brewing is a Saison. For my birthday, my wife picked up some homework for me to sample. Of course, I won’t drink them all at once, but I’m sure I will enjoy them!

That photo is a thing of beauty. I believe the term for it is “beer porn.” Enjoy that Hennepin. They’re all good, but the Hennepin is probably my favorite beer right now.
