Will it be the Jackass Ale or the Stubborn Elephant! Poles open at 10pm! There will be more TV’s throughout the bar, so that everyone has a chance to keep up with their favorite whistle-stopper. 1st Course-
Golden Cap Saison Ale with Bacon Wrapped Rabbit Terrine Apricots, plum vinaigrette.
2nd Course-
Ichabod Pumpkin Ale with Cinnamon and Cocoa Scented Boar Tenderloin, Creamy Napa cabbage with tart apples, purple Peruvian “smashed potatoes” haricot vert and pumpkin jus.
3rd Course-
Cabin Fever with Fowl 3 ways: Pan Roasted Squab. “Drunken” cheese and duck confit risotto. And roasted pheasant sausage, roasted fresh chestnuts and natural jus.
4th Course-
Dragons Milk with Broken Arrow Ranch Axis Venison Loin. Espresso soaked mission figs, butternut squash potato gnocchi, Vanilla essence, caramelized onion and bourbon jus.
5th Course-
Pilgrim’s Dole with Banana Mousse, Chocolate almond gelato, Peach bread pudding and White chocolate mirror.
