Herald Palladium Interviews The Livery’s Steve Berthel
February 25, 2009
I rate my breweries/brewpubs in how far that I wished I lived from them.
The Livery is one of my favorite places in the state and I give them the highest rating of a Fonzie room (If you remember they moved The Fonze to a room above the Cunningham’s garage so he would get more air time). You can’t get higher rating than wishing that you lived in an apartment over the place. The Livery has great music and terrific beer and is a must for any beer lover. It is well worth the trip to Benton Harbor.
The Livery’s newsletter has a link to good interview with owner/brewer Steve Berthel from the Herald Palladium. Below is the link to the article.

Thanks for sharing, but the article was too short . . . I want more!!! I look forward to seeing Steve on the 28th in Grand Rapids. He is one of my all-time favorite brewers for sure!

We had an awesome time at Steve’s birthday bash. Gotta love a place that gets the party going early!
The Livery even had some bombers available for sale that day.

A relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy the company of fellow ‘beer hounds’ or that enthusiastic first timer trying a ‘real ale’ from one of their antique beer engines. As a Berrien County resident, I feel very fortunate to have this establishment in our area!
