New Holland Beer Dinner @ Big Bear Lodge

Thursday the 21st Big Bear Lodge in Flat Rock will be having a beer dinner featuring the beer of New Holland. I am a big fan of their beer. I can not stop drinking their Golden Cap Saisan and The Poet Oatmeal Stout is one of my favorite beers. This event is well worth the price. The ones we have been to have had a representative from the brewery to tell you what you are tasting and stories behind the brands. Below are the event  details from their email.

Campechano Cocktail  (a combination of fresh, shrimp, crab meat, avocado & onion)
New Holland Mad Hatter India Pale Ale

Second Course
Chopped Spring Roasted Vegetable Salad with creamy poet oatmeal stout vinaigrette
The Poet Oatmeal Stout

Entree
Basil Garlic Chicken Breast with grilled balsamic peaches, grilled asparagus & planked potatoes
Sun Dog Amber Ale
