Pa Comes Back from Mankato
WARNING: This post is not for the feint of heart.
He’s home! We can have edible food again! Here’s what happened with my camera while the dh was gone.

The kids have named him Sparky. I think it’s supposed to be ironic. Like calling a bald buy Curly.

Sooooo, we will have meat. See, now in my neighborhood, nothing brings the menfolk around like hangin’ deer. Seriously, we’ve had a steady stream of neighbor/in-law viewings since my husband brought it home. Woot!

P.S. The title was a “Little House” reference, in case I was being too vague ![]()

Um, mom thinks you should make this your Christmas card..
I’ve got nothing printable to say here but I was feeling bad about the blog silence.

Too hard core? What can I say, it’s going to happen sometimes.

The dh must be proud. The boy AND girl are standing next to “Sparky” as proud as can be. I love it…and I agree with your mom, this would make a great Christmas Card!! Just make sure I get one. I will be sure to put it at the top of the card tree…I love a little shock and awe

ROBIN!
That is disgusting to have a dead dear hanging in ‘your’? garage? I was so enjoying the blog until this picture!
Oh, well….I call Oliver a fish killer when he comes home with fish……so, who listens to me? Haaaaaaa
