OMG what a picture. Funny, Deb Parker sent me some pictures of her and my brother in our Christmas card this year. In one of them she’s in her cheer uniform LOL

gosh darn it… so close. They did so much more than anyone expected! Nothing to hang their heads about. Too bad Niles’ site got so hijacked! at least this morning, it was all productive. It was hard picking his posts out of all the noise (and it took ALL the monroe blogs down–including yours!).
Looks like we may be headed up to the palace next Saturday. The boys are hyped now. Do you know if bedford has a ticket block?

I have NO idea about a ticket block, unfortunately. I’ll still be here on booger patrol (my daughter is miserable, which means my son’s will probably hit about Wednesday).

Sorry your kids are sick–or soon will be both of them. We’ve gone thru it here for sure, come on spring!!
Deb is doing very well. She is married and has a daughter named Avalon (who is a spitting image of her mother and just gorgeous). We visited with them before the holidays and keep pretty regular touch with each other. It was difficult for her to see my kids because they favor the Pruden’s, especially Austin he has a lot of the same manorisms as John and is quite the commedian. I’ll tell her HI from you

I have a very similar pic
Although everytime it turns up, my kids seem to laugh and laugh. I can just feel the “itchy” sweater that went with my uniform. Tell me, was it just me or did it feel like you were wearing a brillo pad?

TOTAL brillo pad. Although…MY sweater always looked the best because my mom used to shave it. None of the other moms did. Everyone else had sweaterballs. Once every 2 weeks or so, she’d lay it out on the kitchen table, get a disposable razor and have at it.
