7 Finalists Compete. 1 Girl Cannot Even Stand It!
Mariah Carey week. Ugh. Peeps, I can’t even do the regular roll call I hate this so much. Caterwalling. All I hear is caterwalling. From everyone. Soooo, I will do what the show could not do for me…a mercy killing.
To me, the only ones that weren’t insufferable were (surprisingly) Kristy Lee and David Cook (sorry, my David…I still hate that song, but that was Da Bomb) . Also…lemme just say, Carly is getting her look together.
I’m literally throwin’ darts at a wall on this one. My prediction for bottom three…Syesha (because Idol, you OWE me dammit!); Brooke (’cuz it’s her turn), and oh…what the hay…Jason Castro.

I missed it. I’m kinda glad–not many have the 8 octave range of Mariah. Was there barn owl screeching? It’s Syesha’s turn. It’s been her turn for the past 3 weeks.
Sorry Robin. Priscilla is gone. Too bad–all the final DWTS folks can dance (as could Pris). Somehow, Marissa Jaret Winokur keeps getting through.

Ugh. I was WAY off this week. It’s not my fault. MC does that to me. I can’t help it. The caterwalling, the vocal hystrionics and the weird hand gestures and finger tapping against the microphone when singing. All of these up and coming young girls emulate her and it drives me insane.
I liked Christy. She’ll get some sort of country record deal. She’s no Kellie Pickler, but she’ll be ok. Also…her final performance was great.
