There’s revamped new website for 13ABC. Take a look at http://abclocal.go.com/wtvg/ for the new site. Also check out my segment called People, Places and Things online. This week went to a Retirement community that has FIVE Nintendo Wii Bowling teams. If someone has a Wii on the Christmas list this is a nice example to show how the entire family can enjoy the video game. All the people in the story are 80 Plus! They crushed me.

If you watch the “TV” that the stores scroll forward on the People, Places and Things Wii Bowling will go across and you click on it. I imagine you can put that in as a search but I didn’t try it. But you make a good point I wonder if there’s a simpler version? I do know the WTVG webmaster was working overtime to get this ready. I’m going to take the little tutorial today.

Just a quick suggestion: Can the webmaster set up the delays/closings page so it does an automatic refresh of what the user sees every few minutes? This morning, that would be a useful feature!
