I can relate RR, only I do this with nail polishes. I think I own every shade of pink, red and coral that's been on the shelf. Oh because each time I "look for a new color" I grab one and say "oooo I like this one" only to open my cabinet and discover I have 3 or 4 of the same. I don't do it as regularly anymore because I have "Shawna", see she does my nails and we are good to go for 2 1/2 3 weeks.

So you are not alone :)

I had two copies of Jerry Lewis' autobiography, there's two copies of the "Morning Food" cookbook ... but what really bugs me is when magazine publishers actually send me two copies of the same magazine to a slightly different name (Dave vs. David) at the same address. I mean hey, can't they figure that out? And why is it when I have to add a 1 to a phone number or take a 1 away, the stoopid telephone system can't figure that out on its own??

Sorry, got a little carried away there ...

I got up with the kids today so it was very nice thank you!

I suppose early onset hardening of the arteries is a likely culprit, not sleep.

Great just like Grandma Befrazzeld I'm now dottering.

Hopefully you got to sleep in this morning, although we missed you. I don't think it's shift work, I think it's the age we're all hitting (or for me, hit years ago). I have multiple copies of Nora Roberts books (the re-issue them and the story doesn't sound familiar, until you get to page 60). That means we can get away with being "eccentric" rather than forgetful.
