Welcome. About a year ago I wrote my first blog post. I worked hard on it.

Up until August I was a television news anchor. But I decided to step down and change my life a bit. Here’s the weepingest television farewell you’ve ever seen since Johnny Carson or something.

Now I do stories like this one for television.. seriously watch the story the woman will brighten your day.

And I write a brand new weekly humor column for my local paper. I could use feedback on this if you want to read a few and help me out. I’m new at the newspaper column thing.

My blogging heroes are Bossy of course, this post is an homage to Bossy’s Family Tree, and The Pioneer Woman inspired this photo of the most gorgeous Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retreiver in Southeast Michigan. 

I am always on a diet and if you are too I invite you to visit Does This Blog Make Us Look Fat? Because for me sometimes dieting’s a real joke. My alter ego is Kiki on that blog. Kiki’s much more entertaining than plain old Rebecca Regnier. My blog partner and BFF Greta is responsible for some crazy stuff.

And yeah.. sometimes I hangout with legends like The Godfather of Soul.
