Angie would be SO proud of you! We actually moved to current home because we inherited stuff (and I couldn’t bare to get rid of what we had bought). After the move, we found that none of the furniture fit the new layout, so I ended up with a bigger mortgage and different stuff anyway. Now I just rely on storage baskets, junk drawers, and the like–still lots of stuff, but it’s all hidden.

Angie is so good at what she does. Last time I was organized was when we moved too. That’s really another downside of the ecomony…. no one can afford to move so they can’t get organized.
Guess throwing a party is the next best thing!

We are in the same point in our home….laundry room wasn’t built big enough (which I didn’t know when we built–I thought it was the Pantry!), I tell my husband we need a stackable washer and dryer or we are bumping the room out to the end of the garage…..he’s leaning towards the stackable.
I read yesterday in a new magazing (new to me anyway) Real Simple there were reader ideas on how they organize. One lady wrote the 3 pick up rule. She goes around her house and picks up 3 things puts them away and then looks for 3 more (mine would be more like 30, but yeah) another lady wrote she plays her favorite music on her iPod and just goes to town. It was very helpful hints that I haven’t thought of.
I’ve wondered what do you do with the build-a-bears (we have 18) the Webkinz (28) all the beanie babies are in “the attic”….I know what you’re thinking “the the H do you buy so many” when I’m thinking I’m so glad she’s out of this stage LOL but seriously…..can you put that stuff in the dumpster? How bout Ebay? All these BAB were from business trips, birthdays and special occassions…..ugh decisions decisions
