Here are the sales fliers that were in my home-delivery edition of The Monroe Evening News today:

• Home Depot has an appliance sale with 10 percent off through April 30. The flier also has outdoor solar lights and lawn mowers.
• Busch’s Family Supermarket (sale starts Monday) will have store-brand coffee at $4.99 a bag, organic salsa at $3.99 a pound and organic herbs at $1.99 a package. Did you know Busch’s will double coupons up to 50 cents?
• Wal-Mart features Meals for Under $10 dinner ideas in its flier for those of you who shop at a Super Wal-Mart. If you shop at Frenchtown Township Wal-Mart, look at the sale on underwear and personal care products.
• Rite Aid has a lot of buy one get one free specials starting Sunday including selected Post cereal and Nature Made vitamins. Rebate offers include Electrasol dishwasher soap.
• Staples has a trade-up special on HP printers and a sale on a case of paper.
• Pier 1 Imports flier is featuring “aroma-rama” home and bath fragrances and assorted knick-knacks for Mother’s Day gifts.

Oh, by the way, I saw a sales flier in my mother’s Ohio newspaper with another tax rebate promotion that would be of interest in Monroe shoppers. As soon I can confirm that offer will be available locally with a sales flier or a notice on the corporate web site, I’ll post it.
