Linens ‘n Things closing several SE Michigan stores
Linens ‘n Things has announced it will close some of its stores (pdf file) across the country because of a corporate restructuring. There is no official word yet on any bargain sales, but this is a situation you’ll want to be aware of if you shop at that store for graduation or wedding gifts or college dorm supplies.
The Michigan stores on the closing list include the ones in Livonia, Novi, Rochester Hills and Troy; the Ohio stores on the closing list include the one in Perrysburg.
Assuming that list holds up, the Ann Arbor store will remain open.

Another announcement from the company (pdf file) says they will continue to honor all gift cards and maintain its wedding registry.
