Saturday one-day sales deals
Some of the sales fliers in my Friday home-delivery edition of The Monroe Evening News list one-day sales that are taking place today:
- Meijer has buy one get two free on GE Energy Star light bulbs. Do you still have a coupon in your coupon box for that brand? I do. Sandals are 50 percent off. There’s a coupon for 20 percent off any general merchandise or apparel item worth $20 or more.
- Sears has 20 percent off all Craftsman lawn and garden equipment and 50 percent off a lot of Craftsman tools. Specials from 9 a.m. to noon include a Craftsman tool cabinet. If you buy $100 of Dockers men’s apparel and accessories today through June 15 at Sears, you can send away for a $75 Shell gas card.
- Elder-Beerman’s 12-hour sale today includes 40 percent off in-stock furniture and area rugs and 50 percent off selected dinnerware sets.
