September Angel Food menu
Angel Food Ministries has posted its September menu. There are some new dinner options this month, so you’ll want to look at the list before you place your orders.
Pickups for the August orders will be Saturday at Monroe Church of the Nazarene and Bedford Church of the Nazarene.
Pickup day is also when orders begin for the next month. I recommend placing your next orders on pickup day so you don’t have to make a second trip (or forget about the deadlines and neglect to place an order, like some of my friends do.)

Ok, just to be clear, I need to go to the church in person and place/pay for my order. Correct? Can you do this at any time or only on certain days? Thanks Paula!:)

Yes, you go to the host churches in person during their posted office hours. Bring your cash or money order. (Food stamp cards accepted for those who have Michigan Bridge card.)
They’ll give you a receipt to bring on pickup day. On pickup day, you also want to bring a big box or a large cooler to hold your stuff (sometimes there are empty boxes available but they are first come, first served.)

FYI – I’ve found that a laundry basket (hee hee… kind of lke the mom2mom sale concept, Shawna) works great for picking up your order!
