A metro Detroit blogger: Happy to be at home
I love it when I find other frugal bloggers in the southeast Michigan area. We’ve got different life experiences, but we’re all dealing with the same regional economic problems.
Happy to be at Home is a blog I linked to this week with my picks from the money blog carnivals. One of the blog partners in that project reports back that she’s from Oakland County! Sweet!
Her personal blog is A Simple Walk.
If you haven’t gone through my blogroll in awhile, there are some new neighbors in the BlogsMonroe network you may want to visit. And I highlight other regional blogs under “Local Blogs.”
By the way, I also have some readers in northwest Ohio. But they get a bit frustrated when a program or resource I mention for southeast Michigan isn’t available in Ohio. Unfortunately, my knowledge on Ohio resources is out of date. I’ve been in Michigan for eight years.
So if you host, or know of anyone who does host, a frugal blog, frugal living site or community resource site in the metro Toledo area, please send me the link. I’d be glad to list them too.
