Are you planning out Black Friday strategies?
Black Friday shopping is generally more appealing to those who consider shopping to be a game than for the really frugal Christmas shopper.
I nearly always have to work on Black Friday and therefore can’t do a lot of shopping that day. But I rarely have trouble finding gifts at sale prices. I start watching the advertising fliers in early November to pick up early season deals. I’ve been known to walk into a store on Thanksgiving Day to pick up a bargain. And if the stores want to move product that isn’t selling, they’ll be making discounts late in the season.
Besides, the Black Friday deals are often big ticket items that are beyond my shopping budget in the first place.
But for some of you, it’s a tradition.
And you want to snag the best stuff at the best prices.
So I will help you Black Friday shoppers as much as I can, and cheer from the blogging keyboard as you participate in the game.
Grad Money Matters has a post from 2007 called The Ten Commandments of Black Friday Shopping. My favorite tip: Thou shalt not buy junk just because it is on sale.
Shawna also sent me me the link to Black Friday at Gotta Deal.

I would like to mention the first, oldest and best black friday site out there. BFads.net
This site is usually the first BF site with the leaked BF ads. PC magazine, NY times and many other media entities have rated BFADS.net their top Black Friday site.
I have been using BFads.net for the last 4 years. This site is the best!!
Check them out for yourself: http://BFAds.net
