Tips from the money bloggers week of 3/2
The Carnival of Personal Finance is published on Mondays, and the Festival of Frugality is published on Tuesdays.
These are “blog carnivals” or showcases that financial bloggers across the Internet are invited to participate. I’ve been introduced to many of the national bloggers by reading what they send to the carnivals.
Here are some of the topics that show up this week:
- Engineer a Debt-Free Life presents: 25 ways to bargain shop and save money in small towns and rural areas.
- Living Almost Large presents: I’m not frugal.
- A Simple Walk presents: Surviving with only one car.
- Debt-Free College presents: Ten steps to scoring scholarships.
- The Digerati Life presents: Stress at work getting you down? How to manage job burnout.
- Practicing Thrift presents: Preparing for job loss – be proactive.
- My Wealth Builder presents: Reduce spending without sacrificing lifestyle – enjoy what you already have.
