Detroit Tigers lower some 2010 ticket prices
The Detroit Tigers have announced a 2010 ticket pricing schedule that includes discounts on some tickets and freeze prices on all other tickets.

Free college football tickets for jobless, military and UAW members
The Michigan Job Search blog at MLive.com is reporting that 10,000 tickets will be free on a first-come basis starting at 9 a.m. Saturday Nov. 21 for the MAC Championship football game on Friday Dec. 4 for the jobless, military and United Auto Workers members.

Huron-Clinton Metroparks admission free on Veteran’s Day
