Key Ingredients in Dundee: fun with food (on a budget)
The Key Ingredients: America by Food exhibit and related special events run Jan. 27 through March 16 in Dundee.
Most of the events will take place at Old Mill Museum, which is hosting the traveling Smithsonian exhibit about American food and food-related culture. Other venues include Dundee Branch Library and Dundee Area Senior Citizens Center.

Car racing on a budget? They did in Flat Rock.
Doug Donnelly has a story in today (Oct. 5) print edition of The Monroe Evening News, page 4B, about the 24 Hours of LeMons race that was held in Flat Rock last weekend.
This was a unique race because no car that went on the track could be worth more than $500.
