Michigan government shutdown = 2 hours

Yes, the Michigan state government did shut down at midnight this morning. However, it’s back in business now.
A combination of bills have been going through the statehouse, and some of it is actually on a temporary 30-day budget. Here are the headlines from the reporters who have been following the details:

Furlough days coming for state employees
