I'm inclined to believe the AIG CEO who said that they were legally obligated. It is intended to take away an issue that the Republicans could use to blunt any futher stimulus funding. In other words an ugly example of bi-partisanship. Let me help, on tues dodd had no idea, wed he did it, today then admin MADE him do it...... i'm not against the bonus's. they had LEGAL agreements.
