Bank plans anti-fraud fair
Fifth Third Bank is sponsoring a security awareness fair from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at its branch at N. Telegraph and Mall Rds. in Frenchtown Township.
It’s free, no reservations are needed, and it might help you reduce the chances of ID theft or other forms of fraud. It will include fraud prevention tips, a demonstration on how hackers crack passwords, free security software, and free document shredding. There also will be a raffle for a personal shredder.
A couple hours spent at the security fair might be the best investment of time you’ve made in a while.
