Various products made by Tri-Med have been seized by federal agents because they don’t meet good manufacturing practices or contain amounts of ingredients far beyond what is considered safe.
Many are marketed under the Tri-Care name and some are products aimed at infants.

Delivery scammers prey on area

Readers report that Summit Package Services or Express Package Services of Whitehouse, Texas is mailing postcards to the Monroe area with a phone number for recipients to call to schedule a pickup of their package.
It’s a scam. The company has gone by many names, including Apex Services. They lure people into calling and offer a gift if they purchase a vacation package.

Hyland’s Teething Tablets should be disposed of because they contain trace amounts of belladonna, a natural poison, and have caused health problems in youngsters who have taken them.

The packages were marketed under the Great Value and Kroger brand names and distributed to Walmart stores nationwide but only Kroger stores in the Southeastern U.S.
