One Response to “Lenovo laptop computers could catch fire”
My Lenovo Laptop B560 makes a terrible loud noise once in a while and locks up and won’t do anything and the mouse locks up also. The loud noise continues and I can’t shut it off. This has happened many times. Today I finally called ATT and the fellow said to hold down the power button for 10-15 seconds and it finally shut off. He suggested that I call to see if there has been a recall on this model. This began about a year after the warranty ran out. Please notify me the status of this model, espescially if it is a fire hazzard! I hope this can be corrected as it is a very annoying situation when it happen Thank you. MBW
