Potter’s magic continues on big screen

“Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix” took the number one spot at the box office with $77.4 million. The total domestic gross is $140 million since opening Wednesday, and it took in an additional $190.3 million in 44 other countries.
It knocked off “Transformers,” which placed second overall with $36 million. Total earnings is $223 million in just over two weeks.
