I blame Seacrest!
If you didn’t watch the Emmys on Sunday night, you were definitely not alone. According to Nielson ratings, the award show averaged 13.06 million total viewers – making it the second worst in history. The record low is 12.3 million in 1990. To compare, last year’s show drew 16.2 million viewers.

Personally, I blame Ryan Seacrest. Why was he the host? All he knows how to do is read a teleprompter!
