Spartan spoof conquers Rambo
“Meet the Spartans,” a spoof of the movie “300,” narrowly defeated “Rambo” at the box office this past weekend.
It took in $18.7 million, followed by “Rambo” with $18.2 million.
‘Spartans’ was popular among teens and young adults, who made about 75 percent of the audience. “Rambo” was popular with older men.
