‘Forbidden Kingdom’ tops at box office
A martial arts film, starring Jackie Chan and Jet Li, was tops at the box office this weekend.
“The Forbidden Kingdom” debuted at No. 1 with $20.9 million.
The comedy “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” opened in second place with $17.3 million. “Prom Night,” last week’s No. 1, fell to third with $9.1 million.
Al Pacino’s thriller, “88 Minutes,” was a dud with $6.8 million. It’s no surprise since it received horrible reviews.
