First Real Snow in Adrian

Between 11AM and 1PM, we had some serious snow.  The roads were very icy.  It looked like this was going to be a really bad storm, but then it turned to rain and slush.  But it definitely qualifies as an official snow.  Does Monroe have any?

BTW, if you look closely at the second picture, you’ll see about 8 or 10 very brave leek that still populate the garden.  We just picked some yesterday for some potato/leek soup and it tasted just as fresh as the summer.  Leek are really wonder vegetables.

Happy Winter!

    That snow is so pretty!

Nothing here in Monroe yet but some ice covering my car. : (

It will be nice to wake up to some snow (cause I don’t have to shovel).
