9 Miles of Lakelands Trail Paving on Stimulus List

The State of Michigan stimulus wish list includes a request for $1.725 million to pave nine miles of the Lakelands Trail in and near Pinckney in Livingston County.  The Lakelands Trail forms the backbone of Michigan’s east-west non-motorized corridor between Lake Erie and Lake Michigan.  You can see the request on P. 493 of the state stimulus request list:
