For some reason, 85% of my friends joined Facebook during the past two months.  So, I did, too.  And I’ve been having delightful chats ever since.

And I think that this would be a wonderful way for readers of this blog to interact.  So, join me on Facebook.  Just search for “Mike Ingels” or eriehiker@yahoo.com in the search function.  I’ll pop right up.

As an added service, I have started to import my daily set of Google Reader Shared Items into my Facebook page.  Basically, I scan about 350 RSS feeds per day for regional outdoors, nature and environment stories.  I post these at the Google Reader shared page at the link at the top of this page.  But now these will be available in a single note on Facebook.
