OK, I did mention yesterday there was a way to still use your divers for fishing up high while fish are feeding on the mayflies.
This is possible with every type, except the Jet Divers from Luhr Jensen. You can still use the Dipseys (small size) from the same company, Lil’Divers from Fishlander, Mini Discs from Big Jon, and Deeper Divers from Walker.
They all have an adjustable weight on the under belly. Straight in front front for diving straight down. or left and right to get out to the sides. The trick here is if you slide the weighted section all the way to the back, it will still dive because of the pull of the main line, you just don’t go as deep.
