Busy Week, Slow Week on Fishing.
Ugh, well the cement pad is finished. My new smoker, grill and deep fry area in other words. Spent the weekend digging it out, framing. Today, was the crushed stone base, tap it in, and pour the cement.
Just one more lil’ project to checked off the list before my brother Scott’s 40th birthday party this Saturday. The parties must be fun, people keep coming back, but I gotta tell ya, I REALLY DONT REMEMBER THEM BEING THIS MUCH WORK!!!!!!!!
So this week will be a lil’ slow on the how to stuff, more reports unless something comes up hot to share. Friday will be a work party, so look for some cooking tips on fish and spuds. Saturday the smoker will be in full use, so look for some really good pics of food and techniques after Saturday.
If something fishy comes up, I will sneak it in.
