Fishing Michigan

I had a very nice experience with six of the other “bloggers” at the booth yesterday evening.  Talked to quite a few people, and was able to hand out some DVD’s on using flashers for ice fishing.  Lots of kids liked the Mustad Hook books, Power Pro Stickers and the Frank’s Great Outdoors catalogs.

It was nice to sit down finally after walking through the fair, taking pics for the blog, running into some old friends from Summerfield, Ida, Dundee,and  Maybee .  I would have liked to have spent more time actually talking to the folks who write their blogs to get a better understanding of what they write  about.  Its amazing how fast time flies while you are having fun talking to folks coming through the expo area, and our time slot in the New’s booth just flew by.

So thanks to Dan Shaw for setting it up, glad to see you were feeling better.  Nice to see Paula again, finally put a face to the Luna Pier Cook and Veteran’s Review.  Jessica, a very nice young lady,  and Em whom really has a LOT of energy.  Think it was the powdered sugar,  and there is nothing fishy about me. 

Stealing the pic from Dave’s food blog, it was as much fun as the pic show’s.  And for a certain smart-alec, that is my smile so lay off.  Sitting on the right is me.
