10-12 Pounds of Fish
1 Cup Rock or canning salt
5 Cups Water
1 Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup Johnny’s Seasoning Salt
1. Dissolve ingredients by stirring.
2. Pour over fish and soak at least 6 Hours
3. Remove and rinse through 2 fresh cold water rinses
4. Air dry 3 – 4 Hours
5. Smoke 8 – 10 Hours

Friday, October 24th, 2008Kind of dissapointed for the 1st issue to have so little in the line of fishing gear and tackle, but not bad overall. Lots of ATV stuff, some nice looking clothes and hunting gear. Lots of hunting gear in fact. Looking forward to new issues coming out and matching what they used to carry in the catalog before Cabela’s bought the division out and had the non competition agreement signed up for the last 10 years or so.
