The grand plan Saturday was to head out of Bolles Harbour and pick up our Ohio fishing licenses at the Erie Party Store there in the harbor. But after some positive fishing reports we decided to change up and head out from the state park.
We stopped at Jeff’s, no Ohio license. From there we went to the State Park Party Store, no license there…………the only other place in Monroe to get an Ohio license is the Brest Bay Party Store on the corner of Dix and Brest Bay Road.
Keep it in mind when you head out to get your licenses, and good luck.
Fishermans Cave at 7120 Summit St. in Erie MI have Ohio and Michigan license. Visit the website for more information on what is offered including Boat Rental for 4 or 8 hour timeframe. REASONABLE price!!!
Love the cave! Located right next to Bi-State Marine, where I picked up my 40hp Etech for the duck boat. Nice shop, friendly people with up to date reports in the bait shop.
