Toledo Blade: Monroe Culinary Students Create Prohibition-Era Restaurant
Posted on 6 March 2008 under Culinary Arts Programs, Photos
This morning’s toledoblade.com is running a couple photos of the Wise Guy Club, last week’s Prohibition-era version of the Cuisine 1300 restaurant at Monroe County Community College. The restaurant is attached to the college’s Culinary Arts program teaching kitchen in the ‘A’ building and is normally open to the public during scheduled hours (reservations are required). The college’s web site has more information on what was available in the Wise Guy Club last week, along with information on Cuisine 1300’s normal operations.

Cute! There should be more historical-themed restaurants. Perhaps I have a future as a restaurateur? Yeah right, that’s all my irresponsible self needs to be taking on!
