Fishing Report from The Pier

These gentleman were just a couple of the many people having success fishing from the concrete pier yesterday. The white bass in the upper photo was taken at about 10 a.m., while the catfish shown in the lower photo, and much more white bass, were taken at about 1 p.m. At the Luna Pier Dog House in the beachhouse at the head of the concrete pier, we have live nitecrawlers from Canada available (which we got from Matthews Bait & Tackle) for $2/dozen and sold quite a few yesterday. The fishing’s hot, so come on down!
