Oh I know! And it was gross when Pepper had to remove the one and replace it with the new one. *shudder* I just want the lights and stuff like that, but I don't want to be awake when it gets ripped out!

Yeah, he had some cool technology. But there was that scene in the movie where Iron Man's artificial heart was gone and he had to find the backup one pretty quick?!

Hi Jess. I work with your mom. If I am not mistaken, the group of ER docs from MMH run something at the spa too. So, you are in great hands going there.

Oh, me and Dr. Pepper have been best friends for awhile.

I am doing better as the days go by though. I might have to get a case of that Pellegrino and play some tricks with my head...thanks for the tip!

It is hard!! I'm addicted to Dr Pepper with Imperial Pure Cane Sugar -- it's a country thing that you can find in tiny glass bottles out here in the Texas hillside. Luckily those are only 100 cals apiece and I let myself have one about once a week.

Other than that I had to stop cold turkey and it was HARD. Luckily I like iced tea without sugar so I've done that a bunch. But my biggest savior has been Pellegrino with fresh lime -- it tastes VERY refreshing and almost yummy enough to make me fool myself that I'm drinking coke.

Good luck!!
