A quick and easy dinner idea
1-2 lb. of ground beef or turkey
1 onion
Frozen or fresh hash browns, home made or bagged
Frozen veggies added to your liking, or fresh veggies steamed until slightly soft
Brown meat and onion together. Add hash browns and enough veggies to please, stick in a 350 oven for about 20 minutes.
Freezes well!
