Yeh Art fear is not a good thing, in fact its the opposite of faith. But we need to be vigilant, focused, and aware of whats going on around us, especially in the lives of our children. Many things that happen in our lives are impossible to prevent, or predetermine. I do believe though that some things can be prevented by sound judgment, and listening to that "still small voice" inside us. I guess the bottom line is we can never get feeling to "comfortable" when it comes to the little defenseless children God has placed in our lives. We are all finding out that we truly do live in a "fallen" world. Blessings to you, your wife, and beautiful daughter.

Amen Mike.

I try not to live in fear, especially after having my daughter, but you can't help but be extra cautious these days. All it takes is one look at how many convicted sex offenders live hear you to live in fear.

I hope they find who did it, and it's a shame that Michigan doesn't have the death penalty.
