		<description>Yup - I agree with everything you said.  It's sickening to think of - but still, I love my home country and am glad to have been born and raised here.  Still, with the size of the country and all the natural resources at hand - why are we not tapping into them?  Anyways, I'll leave that conversation for those who know MUCH more than I do about it.</description>

		<description>Paul I went to the website, and it explained how the colors in a circumzenithal arc are arranged.  The picture I took is just the opposite with the "red" being furthest away from earth.  What we saw never was in the shape of a perfect arc, directly overhead, part of the suns halo, or during cold weather.</description>
