Ron Paul’s amazing fundraising blitz, commemorating the Boston Tea Party, brought in over $6 million dollars in a single day! I don’t know the official number, but I’ve seen estimates around $6.3 million. He easily surmounted the previous single day fundraising record or $5.7 million, held by John Kerry.

Amidst news of candidates getting endorsements from windbag celebrities, fellow politicians, and mainstream media outlets, Ron Paul received a much more honorable endorsement: He was endorsed by tens of thousands of regular, hard-working Americans, including almost 25,000 first-time donors, sick of being cheated, lied to, and looted by the government.

Update: I just wanted to add that there were a total of 59,170 donors yeasterday and an average donation of $102.
