Mom Moments

Well I’ve taken the plunge. I’m blogging locally. Thanks to Dan for letting me, and thanks to all my friends for the encouragement.

I blog non-locally too (hmm is anything local or non-local in this day of the world wide web?), but this is a small town. I guess I have a lot of questions about how much caution to write with. Nobody in Monroe reads my other blog, so I could write whatever I wanted, and nobody would care. But I certainly don’t want to embarrass my children, my husband, my family or friends. Do I need to say “Hey do you mind if I write about you?”

I wrote a little about my hopes for this blog on my about page.

I mentioned at dinner the other night that I would be starting this blog, and was comparing the stats of my other blog to the stats of some of the blogsmonroe.com blogs, and my daughter said “I knew you were better than the worst.”  Gee, thanks!
