Mom Moments

Sunday afternoon at a cookout Jason got two mosquito bites on his forehead.  I didn’t really think too much about it because he has had mosquito bites before.  But the next morning he looked like THIS: 

My poor baby!  By the end of the night he was complaining that it hurt (there’s not a lot of loose skin on your forehead to swell up like that), so I picked up a Benadryl Itch Relief Stick from CVS.  Its different than the regular anti-itch creams because it contains a histamine-blocker (like OTC oral benadryl).  By morning, my baby is much better looking!

Now the questions…

• Yes I did put bug spray on him, just not on his face.
• Yes I will be more careful next time.
• No Benadryl has not paid me for this post (but if they want to, email me!)
