The Monroe County Historical Museum will host an American Girl Mother’s Day Tea from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday May 10 at the museum, 126 S. Monroe St.

The cost is $5 per person in advance, or $8 per person at the door. Tea and cookies will be served.

The Hattitude Hat collection will be featured, along with tea sets and doll exhibits. There will be American Girl doll book door prizes. Portraits will be available for $5 each from Floral City Images.

Girls are invited to bring their American Girls dolls and their mothers to the event.
